On a day-to-day basis, she is particularly responsible for cooperation and relations with clients, identifying their needs and adapting the service portfolio accordingly to meet current market needs. In particular, she focuses on developing innovative solutions to support modern companies and their employees. She also manages a team, organising their work and supporting them in their ongoing tasks.
Jolanta has over 20 years of professional experience in HR and payroll outsourcing in a multinational company, where she both supported clients with daily issues and took care of client relations, as well as organised the department’s work.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Management and Finance at the Lazarski School of Commerce and Law.
