Aneta is a Transfer Pricing Practice Leader at ALTO, a licensed tax advisor and an advocate.
She specializes in transfer pricing advisory and supports companies in the field of designing intra-group settlements, advising on business restructuring, establishing transfer pricing policies, and documenting intra-group transactions. In addition, she has also conducted many projects related to the negotiation of advance pricing agreements and also advises on transfer pricing inspections and MAP procedures.
What is more, Aneta was awarded a title od recommended advisor in the Ranking of Tax Consulting Firms of the Rzeczpospolita journal in the transfer pricing category (2022).
Aneta has several years of professional experience – in recent years she has gained it in one of the so-called “Big Four”, advising the largest international and Polish capital groups.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics (major in Finance and Accounting). Additionally, she has completed studies at the American Law Center organized by the University of Warsaw and the University of Florida, Levin College of Law.
