Kamil is a co-founder and partner at ALTO. He is responsible for the development strategy of the ALTO group. Additionally, he oversees activities in the area of business development and marketing.
He has over 15 years of experience in tax and legal advisory for corporate clients from various sectors of the economy and HNWI (High-Net-Worth Individuals).
Kamil specializes in in projects related to the development and implementation of investment structures, ownership structures and asset reorganization. He advises clients form both the domestic and foreign markets. Repeatedly distinguished in tax advisors rankings, including two titles of leader in the field of international taxes in the Rzeczpospolita Ranking. Author of many experts publications, including a commentary on the VAT Directive, published by C.H. Beck.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and a licensed tax advisor (license number 11262).
