Karol is a licensed tax advisor and Senior Manager at ALTO. He has extensive experience in providing day-to-day advice to large domestic entities, in particular institutions from the financial sector.
He specializes in taxation with corporate income tax (CIT) and tax on goods and services (VAT). In his current work, he focuses mainly on serving clients from the TFI industry, advising primarily on issues related to closed-end funds. In addition to servicing key TFIs on the Polish market, Karol has also participated in numerous tax reviews and compliance projects, thanks to which he is able to comprehensively address the tax needs of our clients.
He gained previous experience in one of the companies of the so-called The Big Four. Karol is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he completed his Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting.
