ALTO becomes a partner of the Issuer Academy

We are pleased to announce that ALTO has become a partner of the Issuer Academy, which will take place on 24 March in Krakow, Q Hotel. The Academy is an event accompanying the INVEST CUFFS 2023 conference, which is an annual meeting bringing together the investment market industry.
Participation in the event is a unique opportunity to broaden your knowledge of capital markets, especially when it comes to effective business financing with the use of diverse sources. During the Academy, numerous experts will share their experience with participants and their lectures will be crowned with a practical workshop.
The day full of lectures will start with two of our ALTO experts:
- 9:00 – Tomasz Jabłoński, Counsel & Attorney-at-law – Do it legally. What you need to know when raising capital and how to structure relationships with investors.
- 10:50 – Dr Joanna Róg Dyrda, Counsel & Attorney-at-law – Legal marketing in the financial market.
Other topics discussed during the event will include good market practices, communication and investor relations or crowdfounding and crowdlending success stories.
