These entities are collectively referred to as the Joint Controllers, and individually as the Controller.

You can contact the Joint Controllers via email at rodo@altoadvisory.pl, or by any other method you choose, including verbally or in writing, at the address of any of the Controllers.

Your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes, specifically for sending newsletters and (if separate consent is given) for direct marketing via telephone contact.

The legal basis for processing your data is Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the GDPR), which allows processing for the legitimate interests of the Controller, namely the marketing of its own services. Additional legal grounds include Article 10 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and Article 172 of the Telecommunications Law.

Your personal data may be shared with entities cooperating with the Controller, including providers of hosting services and newsletter distribution services such as FlowMore sp. z o.o., based in Kraków, and Constant Contact, Inc., based in Waltham, USA.

Your data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to the USA, based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023, in compliance with the GDPR, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, binding corporate rules, or standard contractual clauses.

Your personal data will be processed as long as the Controller engages in marketing activities or until you object to further processing for marketing purposes or withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

You have the right to:

• Access your data (including obtaining a copy),
• Rectify, delete, or restrict its processing,
• Transfer your data,
• Object to data processing under conditions specified by applicable law.

If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the legality of processing conducted before withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, tel. +48 22 531-03-00, email: kancelaria@uodo.gov.pl) if you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR or other applicable data protection regulations.

Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to receive the newsletter.

Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
