Sylwia is HR and Payroll Team Leader at ALTO.
She has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of HR and payroll administration as well as HR and payroll system implementation projects.
Before joining ALTO she worked in various companies, e.g. in financial institutions, sector of sales and services and at an accountant’s office.
She graduated from the Secondary School of Economics, numerous trainings and courses in the field of labour law and remuneration policy, she attended classes at the Management Personnel Training Centre in the field of Human Resources Management.
