atarzyna advises clients both in the area of direct and indirect taxes. She deals with ongoing tax consultancy, and also implements projects aimed at minimizing tax risk and achieving tax savings. At ALTO, she is responsible for the development of tax advisory services for companies in the TSL sector and entities operating in the real estate industry, including development companies.
Her experience mainly includes advising international enterprises, but also state-owned companies, including the management of complex legal and tax projects and conducting due diligence reviews. She also coordinates the work of an interdisciplinary tax and accounting team serving Family Foundations.
In addition to ongoing tax consultancy, she also delivers tax trainings and represents taxpayers in proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts.
Katarzyna is a graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw (2011) and the Warsaw School of Economics (2013). She has been a licensed tax advisor since 2015. Katarzyna is an author of numerous press publications, as well as a co-author of books.
Before joining the ALTO team, she worked as an in-house expert at the client’s internal tax department, and also served as a director of the tax advisory department in one of the largest accounting companies in Poland. Previously, she cooperated with MDDP and Gekko Taxens.
