Poland is a big and attractive market for foreign direct investments.

With its large population and robust economy, Poland ranks among the top countries in the European Union. The country has made strategic investments in its transport infrastructure, cultivated a skilled and motivated workforce, and offers favourable business costs. These factors, combined with government incentives, make Poland an enticing destination for businesses (after Made in Poland” report, May 2024, co-authored by ALTO).

Our services

Ready-made limited liability company, registered in Poland.

The company:

  • is notarized and fully registered at the National Court Register (KRS)
  • has standard Articles of Association (AoA)
  • has a tax identification number
  • has Polish and EU VAT numbers
  • has a bank account opened
  • has a registered office in Warsaw
  • is fully compliant under Polish law with books of accounts kept in computerised form (in Enova system) in line with the Polish Accounting Act
  • is incorporated by ALTO and has no previous economic history.

We support in implementing changes in the AoA, such as name of the company, object of business activity, way of representing the company and filling in the motion to the National Court Register.

We can assist you in preparation of the CRBO declaration, obtaining an electronic signature and signing the CRBO declaration.

We offer registered address in Poland’s capital city, Warsaw, including handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence and optional limited use of meeting rooms is possible.

Comprehensive accounting and tax compliance services, adjusted to company’s needs, including:

  • preparation and submission of electronic VAT filing (including local SAF-T filing, ECSL filing, Intrastat reporting)
