At ALTO, Przemek values people above all, for their help and support. He likes the fact that every working day is a team game and that the goal and values are shared.
Tobiasz considers it particularly valuable that the people he trusted when joining ALTO 10 years ago also trusted him (and still do). From the beginning he was entrusted with new challenges and new opportunities. He is proud of his path in ALTO.
At ALTO, she appreciates the great employees and the working atmosphere they create. She likes the fact that they share their knowledge and ideas. As she says - it's a good environment to grow, learn and polish your competences. Here, being professional does not contradict being yourself.
In addition to the people and relationships, what she values about working at ALTO is the ability to have a work-life balance, flexible working hours and home office opportunities. She says that the most important thing about work is the atmosphere that makes you come to work with pleasure - and this is exactly the case at ALTO.

He is particularly impressed by the marketing and administration girls' initiatives, including special events like Santa Claus and Easter celebrations. ALTOgether
The teams from Warsaw and Lublin came together to celebrate this special time—and they did it in grand style!
The event was packed with highlights: the ALTO Spot Awards Finale, the Secret Santa Finale, the Holiday Smile Station—a photo booth filled with festive props, a Charity Raffle supporting the Animal Shelter in Orzechowce, and the Elf Workshop for decorating Christmas gingerbread cookies.And, of course, the festivities wouldn’t have been complete without karaoke in Santa’s Singing Cottage!
St. Nicholas Day celebrations for the little ones has become a tradition! During the workshops, our youngest participants enthusiastically—and often with true artistic flair—decorated photo frames, adorned gingerbread cookies, and created ornaments that are sure to brighten (or have already brightened) their Christmas trees at home. The ALTO office also hosted a sweet treasure hunt!
On one of the last warm weekends of the year, the ALTO team joined Tour de Fundacja for a cycling trip across several of Warsaw's largest bridges, finishing with a riverside gathering by the Vistula.
When the thermometers showed that summer was in full swing, the ALTO team from Warsaw and Lublin decided to check #ALTOgether if the grass really is greener on the other side of the desk. Sports enthusiasts enjoyed kayaking, volleyball, yoga, and swimming. Those who preferred less intense activities could unleash their creativity with painting, clay modeling, or macrame weaving. There was also plenty of karaoke, barbecues, and singing by the campfire.
Several dozen people set out #ALTOgether to clean up Młociński Forest for a couple of hours as part of Volunteer Day, which was a work-free day for all the participants. Equipped with grabbers, gloves, and large bags, we ventured into the forest and along the Vistula River to thoroughly clear away the litter left behind by others.
Amid the sounds of music, with snacks and each other's company, we uncorked our creativity #ALTOgether. Armed with brushes, easels, and paints, we spent nearly two hours creating several paintings together—some even managed to paint more than one! Regardless of painting skill level or experience, everyone left the workshop with a small masterpiece.
The office Tea Bar, provided by the For Good Health team, offered herbal infusions that gave us an energy boost, a bit of relaxation, and improved digestion. In addition to the infusions, we also enjoyed relaxing in two massage rooms set up in conference spaces. With the sounds of soothing music, we sat in ergonomic chairs and enjoyed 15-minute back massage sessions.
Our team spirit never fades! Recently, as part of the Tax team's integration, we had the opportunity to gather in a larger group in Singapore to spend a pleasant time and take on a series of challenges - not just musical ones.
Our ALTO runners, walkers, and those who completed the 5 km virtually from afar participated in the 18th WOŚP charity run, held under the slogan "Count Yourself with Diabetes." Everyone was in high spirits, and the event was also a fantastic opportunity for team bonding. After the run, there was plenty of time to enjoy a warm cup of tea together.
On the occasion of the upcoming Easter, ALTO organized family workshops where we, together with the youngest participants, created a variety of colorful decorations.
On one of the hot summer days, our Accounting team from Warsaw and Lublin set off on an Expedition Express. During this event at Pole Mokotowskie (and a bit in the nearby Ochota district), everyone, divided into smaller groups, had to demonstrate intelligence, cleverness, and dexterity. Efficient teamwork was also essential.
Before Christmas, we transformed the office into Santa's Workshop together with the youngest ALTOelves and prepared a variety of holiday decorations!
The first outdoor team building event in 2022 is history! We had fun on the banks of the Vistula River on the atmospheric Barka Warszawska.
