Lawyer with more than 10 years of professional experience. She specializes in commercial law, reorganization processes, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), ongoing corporate advisory and issues of intergenerational property succession of family businesses.

She experienced in advising Polish and foreign entities in various sectors of the market. She has extensive experience in sales, reorganizations, the establishment and liquidation of enterprises, providing ongoing corporate legal services, and in conducting due diligence on companies from various markets, as well as in negotiating contracts in share deal and  assets deal transactions (on the purchaser and seller sides).

Urszula successfully uses her previous professional experience in legal support for business in advising Polish family businesses in the processes of intergenerational succession.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Maria Curie-Skłodowska in Lublin and postgraduate studies in criminal fiscal law and business law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.

She has professional experience in one of the law firms from “Big4” as well boutique domestic law firms.
