Paweł is a Management Board Member at ALTO Broker (formerly Protecto).

He gained his professional experience working at some of the largest brokerage firms in Poland. His expertise covers directors & officers (D&O) liability, penal fiscal liability, and professional indemnity insurance, with a particular focus on financial institutions (brokerage houses, investment fund companies), law firms, and design companies. He has advised leading Polish enterprises, including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and NewConnect. He has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating insurance agreements.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Licensed attorney-at-law, member of the Toruń Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law (entry no. TR-1176).
