Paweł is a co-founder of ALTO. Currently, he holds the role of CEO, in which he is responsible for the management of the ALTO group and the implementation of its strategy. He also oversees the support functions and is responsible for coordinating internal processes and their optimisation.

He started his professional career in the so-called “Big Four” companies. Afterwards, he established and co-managed ALTO’s tax department while advising Polish and international companies on tax matters. Prior to his current role, he managed the accounting services outsourcing department at ALTO.

Paweł is a graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University and the Warsaw School of Economics. He also graduated with honours from the Executive MBA programme at the University of Minnesota / Carlson School of Management.
