Mateusz is a Senior Manager in the Transfer Pricing Team at ALTO.
He has extensive experience in managing projects for some of the largest Polish and international capital groups across various industries, including e-commerce, real estate, PE funds, logistics, financial services, banking, the food industry, FMCG, and the energy sector.
His expertise lies in developing settlement mechanisms between related entities. He has supported clients in negotiating Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) with the Ministry of Finance, valuing various assets in the context of restructurings and transfers between related parties, as well as preparing benchmarking analyses and transfer pricing documentation for clients.
Mateusz specializes in financial transactions between related entities, where he not only designs transfer pricing policies but also develops tools to streamline the calculation of compensation for intra-group settlements.
He began his professional career in 2014, and prior to joining ALTO, he spent nearly 9 years gaining experience at a “Big Four” firm.
Mateusz is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems, as well as a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting. As part of his studies, he also participated in an international exchange program at KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux, specializing in a Master in Management.
