Dominik Niewadzi

Dominik is a Tax Advisor and a Senior Manager at ALTO. He specializes in issues related to tax and court-administrative proceedings.

The scope of his expertise covers supporting clients in developing dispute resolution strategy with tax authorities. Dominik has experience in representing organizations during tax inspections and proceedings in the field of tax on goods and services, as well as income taxes. He also often acts as an attorney in processes related to taxpayers’ applications for the declaration and return of overpaid tax, and also implements projects related to the structuring and implementation of the tax function in entrepreneurs’ organizations.

He started his professional career in 2014 in a renowned tax advisory office in Krakow, and then continued it in one of the largest Polish tax advisory companies. He is a part of ALTO team since November 2019.

Dominik is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. He is also the author of many press articles on tax issues.

Dominik is one of the winners of the 17th Ranking of Firms and Tax Advisors of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna and 18th Ranking of Tax Advisory Firms of Rzeczpospolita daily in the categories related to tax proceedings and disputes.
