Alicja is an Associate in ALTO. She specializes in comprehensive corporate services for commercial companies, advises entrepreneurs at the stage of establishment, current operations and liquidation of commercial companies. She has experience in providing services to both Polish and foreign business entities.
Her professional interests include issues related to private commercial law, as well as advising in the area of supervision of compliance and counteracting money laundering and terrorist financing (AML / CFT).
Alicja is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. She gained her professional experience cooperating with Warsaw law firms, as well as working as an in-house in the corporate law department, providing services to business entities in the field of commercial and civil law.
