She has over a decade of experience in accounting as well as VAT and CIT taxation. She is skilled in implementing IT solutions within accounting systems, including those for standardized audit files, and has collaborated with management boards on budgets, reports, and forecasting. Aldona primarily supports companies in the service, IT, finance, construction, real estate sectors, and companies involved in export. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for accounting, tax matters, and group-level reporting for various companies.
Before joining ALTO, Aldona gained professional experience at one of the “Big Four” firms and served as Chief Accountant at an international corporation providing outsourcing services to insurance companies.
She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) and completed Postgraduate Studies in Accounting and Financial Auditing at the University of Warsaw. She also possesses a Ministry of Finance certificate, no. 67202/2014.
