Adam is an attorney-at-law and R&D expert with over 10 years of professional experience. He specializes in tax reliefs for innovation – primarily R&D and IP BOX.
On a daily basis, he also supports clients in implementing tax reliefs for robotization, prototype, innovative employees and expansion. For many years, he has successfully represented companies before tax authorities and administrative courts in disputes regarding the application of the above-mentioned reliefs.
Prior to joining ALTO, he worked at law firms and consulting companies, supporting both multinationals and local entities. He has experience advising clients in a wide variety of industries, including chemicals, IT, and insurance.
Adam is an attorney-at-law at the Warsaw District Chamber of Attorneys-at-law and a graduate of the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Law. He has also completed a number of courses in restructuring activities and transfer pricing.
