Appreciation Week

Today’s Employee Appreciation Day wraps up our Appreciation Week, which we’ve been celebrating #ALTOgether over the past few days.

From February 26 to March 1, we had the chance to express gratitude to one another through a special box labeled “I Appreciate” in the kitchen. The notes could be anonymous or signed, depending on the sender’s preference.

But this initiative is more than just dropping notes into a box. It’s an opportunity for each of us to pause and reflect on the people who support our work daily, making it better, easier, more enjoyable, and more fulfilling. It’s a chance to truly appreciate the effort and dedication of our colleagues who support us with their knowledge and often with a kind word over coffee or tea. It’s also a moment to develop or reinforce the habit of appreciation in our daily lives, not just on special occasions.

Appreciation has immense power—not only because it boosts morale but also because it strengthens relationships and builds a positive organizational culture. When we appreciate others, we show them they are important, and their efforts are recognized and valued. That’s why we encourage everyone to regularly express their gratitude and appreciation for all their coworkers. By doing so, we build strong bonds that drive us forward.
