Mariana is an Assistant Manager at ALTO. She specialises in the areas of international mobility of employees (Global Mobility), advising on personal income tax & social security compliance, as well as immigration law, in terms of legalization of work and stay of foreign individuals in Poland.
She is also author of several publications for trade journals in the field of global mobility.
Prior to joining ALTO, Mariana had over 5 years experience as a member of tax advisory teams at two of the so called “Big Four” firms.
She is a graduate of Cracow University of Economics and student of the Jagiellonian University law school.
