Wiktor Woronecki

Wiktor specializes in advisory services relating to value added tax, corporate income tax and international taxation. He supports clients in projects involving tax reviews, ongoing tax advisory, tax proceedings, and tax risk assessments.

Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous projects focused on verifying the correctness of VAT settlements, as well as assessing tax processes and internal control mechanisms operating within organizations.

He has advised both Polish and international businesses on cross-border investment projects, international expansion strategies, and the evaluation of tax implications arising from planned business models. He has also been involved in administrative court proceedings that resulted in favorable outcomes for clients.

Wiktor graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Wrocław. Prior to joining ALTO, he gained professional experience at the Polish Ministry of Finance and in the tax advisory practice of one of the Big Four firms. He is also a licensed tax advisor.
