Tomasz Fiałek

Tomasz is an advocate with many years of experience in managing legal services projects.

He specializes in commercial and economic law with particular emphasis on the issues of transformation and mergers of commercial companies, as well as reorganization of groups of companies. At ALTO, he manages a team specializing in reorganizations and transformations as well as company and contract law.

As part of his responsibilities, he oversees the implementation of a number of complex processes of division, merger and in-kind transactions. In addition, he supervises the conduct of due diligence research of entities from many industries, including production, FMCG, development and infrastructure. He has extensive advisory experience in transactions of acquiring shares and stocks, enterprises and key assets; when concluding joint-venture agreements, investment agreements between partners, as well as agreements regarding investments in start-up entities. Additionally, he supports clients in the implementation of compliance programs in the key areas of legal risks of companies, as well as in introduction of rules and regulations for corporate bodies. Tomasz supports Clients in performance of corporate supervision over subsidiaries.

In the Law Firm’s ranking published by the Rzeczpospolita in 2022, Tomasz has been awarded a title of recommended lawyer in “Company law and commercial law” cathegory.

He is a Law and Administration graduate of the University of Warsaw and an advocate by The Warsaw Bar of Advocates since 2010.
