Agnieszka Marchlewska-Sawicka

Agnieszka is an Assistant Manager at the ALTO tax team. Since the beginning of her career, she has specialised in transfer pricing issues.

On a daily basis, she supports domestic and foreign clients operating in various industries. She advises on the preparation and verification of transfer pricing documentation as well as defensive documentation supporting the marketability of concluded transactions and the valuation of the market level of remuneration related to transactions in goods, services and intangible assets. In addition, she assists clients with the development of transfer pricing policies, transfer pricing risk management and advance pricing agreements (APAs).

Prior to joining ALTO, Agnieszka gained professional experience in the transfer pricing team of a well-known Polish consulting firm.

She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where she majored in finance and accounting.
