ALTO advised REMER sp. z o.o. (“REMER“), a leader in telecommunications solutions, on the acquisition of 100% of its shares by Cellnex Poland sp. z o.o. (“Cellnex Poland“), a company of the Cellnex Group, a leading operator of wireless telecommunications infrastructure in Europe.

REMER has been active on the telecommunications investment market in Poland for more than 20 years. It is the market leader in indoor DAS (Distributed Antenna System) antenna installations.
